About Thiru

Thiru PS is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at BI3. With deep expertise in platform engineering, AI systems, and large-scale data infrastructure, Thiru leads the technical direction of BI3's delivery practice and product development. His work spans production AI, real-time analytics, and enterprise-grade platform design.

Thiru has spent over fifteen years building and scaling data platforms for global enterprises, with particular depth in agentic AI architectures, streaming data pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure. He has led technical teams across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the United States, consistently focused on reliability, performance, and the practical challenges of deploying AI at scale.

At BI3, Thiru is responsible for engineering standards, technical innovation, and ensuring that every solution the firm delivers meets the rigour required for enterprise production environments. He believes that the difference between a successful AI initiative and a failed one is almost always an engineering problem — and that solving it requires both depth and discipline.
