How computer vision created stronger visibility across vehicle movement, restricted areas, and cargo handling activity.
Cargo and airside environments are operationally complex, with constant movement of vehicles, equipment, and freight across monitored and restricted areas. Traditional monitoring approaches can be manual, fragmented, and difficult to scale — especially where safety, compliance, and turnaround performance all matter.
BI3 applied computer vision and automated monitoring to improve visibility across cargo movement, dwell time, vehicle activity, and controlled operational zones. The aim was to reduce dependence on manual observation while strengthening the timeliness and consistency of operational insight.
This created better awareness of movement patterns, improved reporting accuracy, and supported more proactive operational control in high-activity areas. The result was stronger visibility across cargo operations without adding complexity to frontline teams.
